PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Description
High silica fabrics with a silica content of ≥96% are defined as high silica fabrics (HS Fabrics). Boasting a remarkable continuous operating temperature of 1000℃, they are widely used in various high-temperature industrial scenarios. Typical applications include welding curtains/protective blankets, annealing covering blankets for metal components, high-temperature resistant gaskets, expansion joint fabrics and high-temperature industrial kiln blankets. Compared with other high-temperature resistant materials under identical working conditions, they deliver prominent cost-performance advantages. Although high silica fabrics are normally supplied after pre-sintering, they still have a maximum shrinkage rate of approximately 10% under continuous service at 1000℃.
